Mission M108 Engine Options

The Rotax 912iS Sport engine is the standard engine for the Mission M108.

The Rotax 912iS Sport is manufactured by BRP Powertrain GmbH & Co KG and features:

• displacement: 1352 cm³ (82.6 cu. in.);
• power: 100 HP at 5800 rpm;
• four cylinder four stroke, horizontally opposed engine;
• redundant electronic fuel injection;
• liquid cooled cylinder heads;
• electronic engine management system (FADEC).

Mission M108 with Rotax 912iS Sport

In the Mission M108, the oil system and liquid cooling system are fitted with thermostats to ensure a quick warm up and optimum operating conditions at all times. An automatic alternate air intake valve is integrated into the air induction system. Also standard is a custom made low noise exhaust system.  The cabin heating system uses coolant heat rather than exhaust heat, which eliminates the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
The engine drives a 3-blade fixed pitch ground adjustable propeller.
The Rotax 912iS Sport is approved to operate on:

• unleaded mogas with 95 octane (RON) rating or higher;
• avgas 91UL and 100LL.
